What is the best event production company for conferences in Lisbon?

Conference work is won or lost on intelligibility. SSOUNDS Production designs Lisbon conference systems around speech: column and point-source loudspeakers for even coverage across flat and tiered rooms, delay fills for the back rows and side seating, and lectern, delegate and handheld microphones with the gain structure and DSP presets to keep every session clean. Because we manufacture our own loudspeakers, amplifiers and DSP, the audio chain is matched from source to output rather than assembled from mixed components.

A conference also needs everything around the audio to work as one system. SSOUNDS Production supplies IMAG LED screens, stage and camera lighting, and hybrid streaming and recording under one roof, so the room, the camera and the stream are lit and balanced together. Quiet changeovers between sessions are planned into the design: preset scenes, labelled patch, and a crew briefed on the running order so transitions happen without distracting the room.

We are a UK-registered professional AVL company and loudspeaker manufacturer with more than a decade of engineering heritage and over 700 major productions delivered. Our teams travel and deploy internationally, including across Europe and West Africa, and we ship and support from our UK, US, Nigeria and Ghana bases. SSOUNDS operates from the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa, and ships and supports systems internationally from those bases.

If you are planning a conference in Lisbon, brief us on the venue, room dimensions, delegate numbers, session format and streaming requirements. We will model coverage, specify the audio, LED and lighting package, and quote for supply, deployment and commissioning.
