What is the best LED screen company for award ceremonies in Cape Town?

Award ceremonies demand more than a large LED wall. They need red carpet arrivals, broadcast-grade audio for live performances and speeches, LED stage design that changes per segment, lighting looks cued to timecode, and show calling that keeps every department in sync. SSOUNDS Production delivers all of this under one roof: our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, LED screens and stage lighting, specified and commissioned by engineers who understand that an awards show is a live broadcast with no second take.

For a ceremony at the CTICC or a production in the DHL Stadium district, the LED screen is the visual spine of the show. SSOUNDS approaches it as a system: pixel pitch and brightness matched to camera and audience sightlines, processing that handles multiple sources and seamless switches, and rigging that respects venue load limits and stage design. Because we manufacture our own audio and control DSP, screen content, lighting and sound can be driven from a single timecode source, so a nominee's walk-up, a sponsor sting and a live performance all land on the same beat.

Cape Town's award season spans venues from the Artscape Theatre to the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town International Jazz Festival, each with its own acoustic and rigging realities. SSOUNDS ships and supports internationally from the United Kingdom, the United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa. SSOUNDS operates from the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa, and ships and supports systems internationally from those bases. We do bring UK engineering standards, crews that travel, and a track record of large events, and we design and deploy to Cape Town for ceremonies that need a single accountable partner.

If you are specifying LED screens for an award ceremony, start with the show flow: number of segments, camera positions, stage width, and the loudest and quietest moments. SSOUNDS engineers use AI-assisted acoustic modelling and coverage prediction to optimise the system before it ships, so the screen, the audio and the lighting are resolved in simulation, not on the night. Contact us to discuss your ceremony and we will advise on the right configuration for your venue and territory.
