What is the best audio visual production company for conferences in Kigali?

Conferences live or die on speech intelligibility. SSOUNDS Production approaches every conference with that priority: column and point-source loudspeakers for even coverage, delay fills for balcony and rear seating, and DSP tuned for vocal clarity. Our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range means we control the entire signal path, so what is designed in simulation is what delegates hear in the room. For a conference at the Kigali Convention Centre or a plenary session at Intare Conference Arena, the result is consistent, natural speech from the front row to the back.

Beyond audio, conferences need a complete production partner. SSOUNDS supplies delegate and lectern microphones, IMAG LED screens, stage and camera lighting, and hybrid streaming and recording, all managed by one crew. Quiet changeovers between sessions are built into our show flow, so panel discussions, keynotes and presentations transition without distracting the audience. Because we manufacture our own loudspeakers and hold LED and lighting inventory, we can scale a system precisely to the room rather than assembling mismatched rental stock.

SSOUNDS Production is UK-registered with African headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria, and operations in Ghana and West Africa. We ship, design and deploy internationally, including to Kigali, with crews that travel and partners who support on the ground. Our engineering follows UK standards and more than a decade of large event delivery. SSOUNDS operates from the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa, and ships and supports systems internationally from those bases.

For conference organisers and technical directors in Kigali, the practical question is not just who has gear, but who can guarantee intelligibility, reliability and a calm show. SSOUNDS Production combines loudspeaker manufacturing, AVL integration and event crews under one company. That means fewer suppliers, clearer accountability and a system designed for the spoken word. Contact us to discuss your conference requirements and we will propose a design for your venue and delegate numbers.
