These terms govern your use of the SSOUNDS website and services. By using the site, placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

SSOUNDS is the trading name of three affiliated entities:

• S Sounds Pro Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16739266), for customers in the UK, EEA and most international markets.
• S Sounds Production, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria (Business Name Reg. No. 2647884), for customers in Nigeria and West Africa.
• Top Gearz Services LLC, Wyoming, USA (Entity ID 2023-001249446), for customers in the United States.

The entity you are contracting with is the one named on your quote, order confirmation or invoice. If that document names a different entity to the one you expected, the document governs. Full details are on our Legal Information page.

Orders & pricing

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at the time, and may change without notice; where prices are hidden, pricing is provided on quotation. An order is accepted only once we confirm it and, for prepaid methods, payment is verified. We may decline or cancel an order and refund any sum paid.

Payment

We accept card payment (via Paystack or Stripe, depending on your market), bank transfer, and pay-on-pickup. Goods remain our property until paid in full. Inventory is reserved only on confirmed payment or admin confirmation.

Quotes

Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to stock and exchange-rate movements. A quote is not a contract of sale until accepted in writing and confirmed by us.

Rentals, installation & services

Rental, installation, and production services are subject to a separate rider or agreement covering equipment, dates, logistics, deposits, damage, and liability.

Distributors, affiliates & resale

Participation in our distributor, MLM, or affiliate programmes is subject to acceptance of the relevant agreement. Partners may not advertise or sell any SSOUNDS product above its Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Discount codes minted by distributors may only reduce price, never increase it. Breach may result in suspension and forfeiture of commission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or infringe our intellectual property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, that includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for most online purchases, a right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Consumers in the EEA and Nigeria keep the equivalent rights available to them locally. Where these terms conflict with a right you cannot lawfully be asked to give up, that right prevails.

Governing law

The law that governs your contract, and the courts that hear any dispute, follow the entity you contracted with: the laws of England and Wales for S Sounds Pro Ltd, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for S Sounds Production, and the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA for Top Gearz Services LLC. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and consumers may in many cases bring proceedings in their local courts.
