Qual é o melhor alto-falante para uma sala de conferências em Dar es Salaam?
Resposta rápida
For a conference room in Dar es Salaam, the best speaker choice is a distributed ceiling system using SSOUNDS CL6 or CL8 ceiling loudspeakers, paired with beamforming microphones and DSP echo cancellation. For larger or higher-ceiling rooms, SSOUNDS LC8.2 or LC16.2 slim column loudspeakers provide even speech coverage.
Conference rooms prioritise speech intelligibility, even coverage, and seamless integration with video conferencing. Ceiling loudspeakers are ideal because they place sound close to listeners, reducing reverberation and allowing lower SPL for natural speech. SSOUNDS CL6 and CL8 ceiling loudspeakers are designed for this, with wide dispersion and clean reproduction. They integrate with DSP platforms that handle echo cancellation and beamforming microphones, ensuring clear two-way audio.
For rooms with high ceilings or where ceiling installation is impractical, SSOUNDS LC8.2 and LC16.2 slim column loudspeakers offer controlled vertical coverage, directing sound at the seating area while minimising reflections. They can be wall-mounted and are available in 70/100 V line versions for long cable runs. In larger conference rooms or divisible spaces, SSOUNDS P4, P5, P6T, P10T and P12T install loudspeakers provide higher output and can be used with subwoofers from the M series if low-frequency reinforcement is needed.
Selection depends on room size, ceiling height, and acoustic treatment. As a guide, for a room up to 50 square metres with a 2.7 to 3 metre ceiling, four to six CL6 ceiling loudspeakers on a 100 V line, powered by an SSOUNDS A series networked amplifier with DSP and Dante, will deliver even coverage. For a 50 to 100 square metre room, eight to twelve CL8 or a combination of LC16.2 columns may be appropriate. Larger spaces benefit from SSOUNDS P series point-source boxes or line arrays, but conference rooms rarely need high SPL. Always commission with a DSP preset that includes equalisation, delay, and limiter settings for the specific loudspeaker model.
