What is the best speaker for a conference room in Warsaw?

Conference rooms prioritise speech intelligibility, even coverage and simple operation. Ceiling loudspeakers like the SSOUNDS CL6 and CL8 suit low ceilings and distributed systems, providing discreet, uniform sound. For rooms with higher ceilings or where ceiling installation is impractical, slim column loudspeakers (LC8.2, LC16.2) offer controlled vertical dispersion and excellent speech clarity. Where higher SPL or music playback is needed, SSOUNDS P series install loudspeakers (P4, P5, P6T, P10T, P12T) deliver point-source performance, with T models supporting 70/100 V lines for long cable runs.

Selection depends on room dimensions, ceiling height, reverberation and the number of seats. As a guide, ceiling loudspeakers are typically spaced to cover the listening area with minimal overlap, while columns are mounted on the front wall or sides. SSOUNDS engineers use AI-assisted acoustic modelling to predict coverage and optimise loudspeaker placement before installation, ensuring every seat receives consistent speech levels. For video calls, integrating beamforming microphones and DSP echo cancellation with SSOUNDS A series networked amplifiers (with Dante) ensures seamless audio between local and remote participants.

SSOUNDS designs and installs conference room audio systems across Warsaw, leveraging our UK and European engineering heritage. We work with system integrators and venue technical directors to specify the right combination of loudspeakers, amplifiers and control for one-touch operation. Whether you need a simple ceiling system or a fully networked solution, SSOUNDS provides the engineering support and products to deliver reliable, intelligible speech for meetings and presentations.
