What is the best speaker for a boardroom in Barcelona?

Boardrooms demand intelligibility, even coverage, and architectural discretion. In-ceiling loudspeakers like the SSOUNDS CL6 and CL8 provide unobtrusive, full-range speech reproduction, while slim column models such as the LC8.2 and LC16.2 offer controlled vertical dispersion for rooms with hard reflective surfaces. For larger boardrooms or those requiring higher SPL, the SSOUNDS P4, P5, P6T, P10T, and P12T install loudspeakers (T models for 70/100 V lines) deliver premium performance with flexible mounting. M series point-source boxes and subwoofers can supplement low-frequency reinforcement if presentations include multimedia.

Selection depends on room dimensions, ceiling height, and acoustic treatment. For a typical boardroom of 30 to 60 square metres with a 2.7 to 3.2 metre ceiling, four to six CL6 ceiling loudspeakers in a distributed layout ensure consistent coverage. If the room has a high ceiling or glass walls, the LC8.2 column mounted on the front wall provides focused audio to the seating area. For larger spaces or divisible rooms, the P6T or P10T with 70/100 V line operation simplifies wiring and allows multiple speakers on a single amplifier channel. SSOUNDS A series networked amplifiers with DSP and Dante handle processing, routing, and integration with video conferencing systems, with control via touch panels or hidden wall controllers.

SSOUNDS designs and installs across Barcelona, delivering complete audio systems for boardrooms and other professional environments. Our engineering team uses AI-assisted acoustic modeling to predict coverage and optimise loudspeaker placement before installation, ensuring every seat receives clear, natural speech. We work with local integrators and consultants to specify the right combination of SSOUNDS loudspeakers, amplifiers, and DSP for each project.
