What is the best sound company for award ceremonies in Montreal?

Award ceremonies are unforgiving live broadcasts: red carpet arrivals, speeches, live performances, presenter playback and segment changes all run to timecode, and every element has to be intelligible on the first take. SSOUNDS Production approaches this as one integrated system rather than a collection of rentals. Our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range handles the room, while LED screens and stage lighting sit under the same design and control package, so audio, video and lighting cues stay locked to the show call.

For a ceremony at the Palais des congrès or a production at Place des Arts, the engineering priorities are consistent: even coverage across the seating and the stage, high speech intelligibility for award announcements, headroom for live performances, and clean broadcast feeds with no surprises. SSOUNDS designs each system with AI-assisted acoustic modelling and coverage prediction before anything ships, then tunes DSP presets for the venue. That is how we protect the moments that cannot be re-shot.

SSOUNDS is a UK-registered manufacturer with UK engineering, a US base in Sheridan, Wyoming, and an African HQ in Abuja, Nigeria, with presence in Ghana and West Africa. We do not claim a Montreal office or past projects in the city. We ship, design and deploy internationally from those bases, and our crews travel with the system. For Montreal clients, that means a single accountable team for loudspeakers, amplification, DSP, LED and lighting, rather than a chain of local subcontractors.

If you are planning an award ceremony in Montreal, whether at a convention centre, a concert hall or a stadium district venue, the right first step is a coverage and production brief. Share the room, the segment list, the broadcast requirements and the load-in constraints, and SSOUNDS will propose a system and a deployment plan. Request a quote and we will scope it properly.
