Every photograph, render, drawing, diagram and chart published on this site is the property of S Sounds Pro Ltd and is protected by copyright. This page sets out what you may do with them, and how to ask for anything else.

SSOUNDS imagery may not be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, modified, or used in any material, printed or online, without our prior written permission. That includes use in marketplace listings, dealer and reseller sites, social media accounts, presentations, editorial articles, and training material.

Permission is given readily and usually quickly. The reason it is asked for is that a product photograph is a specification document: it shows a particular model, in a particular revision, with particular hardware. Reused against the wrong model, or retouched, it misleads a buyer who is trying to identify what they are being sold.

What we normally allow

Once permission is granted, the usual terms are that images are used unmodified, at a size that keeps them legible, credited to SSOUNDS, and only in connection with genuine SSOUNDS products. We do not permit cropping out the product identity, compositing our cabinets into another manufacturer's material, or presenting a render as a photograph of a delivered system.

Press and dealers

Journalists, distributors and appointed dealers should ask for the media pack rather than taking images from the site. It carries the current approved photography at print resolution, with the correct model names and the specifications that go with them, so a listing does not go out quoting a figure we have since corrected.

Technical drawings and prediction data

Directivity charts, response plots, dimensioned drawings and data sheets are covered by these same terms. Prediction data carries a further restriction set out on the data sheet itself: directivity files for prediction software are issued from measured data only, and the charts published on this site are computed, not measured.

Requesting permission

Write to info@s-soundspro.com or use the contact form, telling us which images you want, where they will appear, and for how long. Tell us if you need print resolution.

Reporting misuse

If you find SSOUNDS imagery used in a way that misrepresents our products, or attached to equipment we did not build, please tell us at info@s-soundspro.com. That misidentification is the harm these terms exist to prevent.
