SSOUNDS Production (“SSOUNDS”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address), order and quote history, account credentials, and—where you opt in—marketing preferences. We also collect limited technical data (device, browser, and usage analytics) to operate and improve the site.
How we use it
- To process orders, quotes, rentals, installations, and support requests.
- To operate accounts and the distributor / affiliate programmes.
- To send transactional emails (order, quote, support, inventory updates).
- With your consent, to send marketing, product news, and our newsletter.
Lawful basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests, and—for marketing—on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the service (hosting, payments via Paystack, email delivery) under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email info@s-soundspro.com and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
