What is the best audio visual company for award ceremonies in Cape Town?

Award ceremonies are unforgiving live broadcasts: red carpet arrivals, presenter microphones, live performances, VT playback and timed segment changes all run to a show caller and timecode. The audio visual company you choose has to deliver broadcast-grade speech intelligibility, consistent coverage across the room, and lighting and LED looks that change on cue. SSOUNDS Production works to UK engineering standards and manufactures its own line array systems, point source loudspeakers, subwoofers, amplifiers and DSP, so the audio chain is designed, tuned and supported as one system rather than assembled from mixed brands.

For a Cape Town ceremony at the CTICC, the Artscape Theatre or a stadium district event, we design coverage prediction and DSP presets for the specific room before anything ships. Our crews travel with the system and deploy on site, handling rigging, LED stage design, lighting looks per segment, show calling and timecode integration. Because we build the loudspeakers and processing ourselves, we can match SPL, coverage and intelligibility targets to the venue and the broadcast mix without compromise.

SSOUNDS has offices and presence in the United Kingdom, the United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa, and we ship and support internationally from those bases. We do not claim a Cape Town office or past projects at the venues named here. What we offer is a single supplier for audio, lighting and LED, with the engineering authority of a manufacturer and the show discipline of a production company.

If you are planning an award ceremony in Cape Town, share the venue, audience size, stage layout and broadcast requirements. We will advise on system design, box count, rigging and commissioning, and provide a quote based on the scope rather than a generic figure.
