What is the best AV production company for summits in Berlin?

Summits in Berlin demand more than standard conference AV. Multi-day programmes run across plenary halls and breakout rooms, often with heads of state and ministerial protocol, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, LED stage sets and fully redundant signal paths. SSOUNDS Production engineers these systems as one integrated package: our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, LED screens and stage lighting under one roof, specified and commissioned to UK engineering standards.

For a summit at Messe Berlin or a large gathering in the stadium district, the technical priorities are consistent: intelligibility in every seat, seamless transitions between rooms, and no single point of failure. We design coverage and SPL targets per space, model the acoustics before shipping, and deploy redundant audio, video and control paths. Interpretation feeds, press splits and broadcast outputs are isolated and monitored, so the programme continues even if a source drops.

SSOUNDS Production is a UK-registered AVL company and loudspeaker manufacturer with offices and presence in the United Kingdom, the United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa. We do not claim a Berlin office or past projects at Berlin venues. Instead, we ship, design and deploy there, with crews that travel and equipment built to our own specification. That means one accountable team for audio, video, lighting and rigging, from load-in to load-out.

If you are planning a summit in Berlin, whether at the convention centre, a hotel ballroom or a temporary structure, we will assess the venue, programme and protocol requirements and propose a system. Contact SSOUNDS Production to discuss your dates and technical brief.
