What is the best AV production company for conferences in Africa?

Conferences live or die on speech intelligibility. SSOUNDS Production designs every system around the spoken word: column and point-source loudspeakers for even coverage, delay fills to keep late rows in sync, and lectern plus delegate microphones managed through our own DSP. Because we manufacture our own loudspeakers, amplifiers and DSP, we tune presets for the room, not for a generic box.

A conference is more than audio. We supply IMAG LED screens, stage and camera lighting, and hybrid streaming and recording under one roof. That single-source approach means quiet changeovers between sessions, consistent cable and rigging plans, and one crew accountable for the whole production. Our UK engineering standards govern every design, and our crews operate across Africa from our Abuja base.

SSOUNDS Production has delivered more than 700 major productions since 2013. For conferences we focus on the details that delegates notice: clear speech at every seat, readable screens, flattering camera light, and streaming that works. We are specified by system integrators, consultants and venue technical directors who need a partner that understands both the engineering and the event schedule.

If you are planning a conference in Africa, contact SSOUNDS Production to discuss your venue, audience size and coverage needs. We will design a system around your programme, not a template.
