What is the best speaker for an auditorium in Georgia?
Quick answer
For an auditorium in Georgia, the right speaker depends on room size, acoustics and program material. SSOUNDS install range includes line arrays, column loudspeakers, point-source boxes and subwoofers, all supported by networked DSP amplifiers. SSOUNDS designs and installs across Georgia.
Auditoria need full-range, intelligible sound for speech, music and film. The main system typically uses line array or column loudspeakers for even coverage, supplemented by subwoofers for low-frequency extension, front fills for the first rows, and delay speakers for deep rooms. DSP tuning tailors the response to the room, and assisted listening ensures compliance.
SSOUNDS offers a comprehensive install range. For mains, the P4, P5, P6T, P10T and P12T install loudspeakers provide scalable solutions; T models run on 70/100 V lines for long cable runs. The LC8.2 and LC16.2 slim column loudspeakers are ideal for speech-focused spaces with low ceilings or architectural constraints. CL6 and CL8 ceiling loudspeakers suit distributed systems or low-profile fills. M series point-source boxes and subwoofers deliver high-output reinforcement. A series networked amplifiers with DSP and Dante provide power, processing and digital audio transport.
Selection depends on room volume, seating capacity, reverberation time and SPL requirements. For small auditoria (up to 300 seats), column loudspeakers or compact point-source boxes with subwoofers may suffice. Medium rooms (300-800 seats) benefit from line arrays or larger columns with delays. Large auditoria (800+ seats) require line arrays with subwoofers, front fills and multiple delay rings. SSOUNDS engineers use AI-assisted modeling to predict coverage and intelligibility, ensuring the system meets the venue's needs before installation.
SSOUNDS has offices and presence in the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa. From these bases, SSOUNDS ships and supports projects internationally, including across Georgia. For a tailored design and quote, contact SSOUNDS with your auditorium details.
Key things to consider
- Choose line arrays or columns for mains, with subwoofers, front fills and delays as needed.
- SSOUNDS install range includes P series, LC columns, CL ceilings, M series point-source and subwoofers, and A series amplifiers with DSP and Dante.
- Sizing depends on room volume, seating, acoustics and SPL targets; AI-assisted modeling optimizes coverage.
- SSOUNDS designs and installs across Georgia, with international support from its UK, US, Nigeria and Ghana bases.
