What is the best speaker for a school in Kuwait?

Schools need speech clarity for young listeners, reliable paging, and simple control. In classrooms and corridors, ceiling loudspeakers on a 70/100 V line are ideal: the SSOUNDS CL6 and CL8 provide even coverage and are tamper-resistant. For assembly halls, slim column loudspeakers like the LC8.2 or LC16.2 deliver high intelligibility with narrow vertical dispersion, keeping sound on the audience and off reverberant walls. Sports halls require higher SPL and durability: point-source boxes from the SSOUNDS P series (P4, P5, P6T, P10T, P12T) or M series, with subwoofers if needed, handle the space and noise.

Selection and sizing start with the room's volume, shape, and background noise. For speech, aim for a consistent direct-to-reverberant ratio: columns work well in long, reverberant halls, while point-source boxes suit wide, high spaces. On 70/100 V lines, T models simplify long cable runs and multiple loudspeakers. Use SSOUNDS A series networked amplifiers with DSP and Dante for zoning, EQ, and paging. Wall controllers should be simple and locked to prevent tampering.

SSOUNDS designs and installs across Kuwait, with support from our UK, US, Nigeria, and Ghana bases. We provide acoustic modeling, coverage prediction, and commissioning to ensure every space meets its speech intelligibility targets.
