The Enugu State Economic Summit brings together investors, government officials and industry leaders for a two-day programme of keynotes, panel sessions and bilateral meetings. SSOUNDS was appointed as the official AVL partner.
The main plenary ran in the Enugu International Conference Centre main hall (1,200 seats) with a full PA system, dual LED walls, professional lighting and a live-streaming rig. Eight breakout rooms ran simultaneously, each with its own dedicated audio system and projection — all connected to a central control point via a Dante network.
Microphone management was a key challenge: 40+ wireless handheld and lapel systems across nine rooms, all requiring careful RF coordination to avoid interference. SSOUNDS' RF engineer used Shure Wireless Workbench to map all channels before the event.
The two-day event ran seamlessly, with the Governor's keynote broadcast live to an audience of 50,000+ online.
