What is the best AV production company for summits in Port Harcourt?

Summits demand more than a PA system. They require a production partner who understands multi-day programmes across plenary halls and breakout rooms, protocol for heads of state and ministers, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, LED stage sets and redundant signal paths. SSOUNDS Production, a UK-registered professional AVL company with African HQ in Abuja, serves Port Harcourt with crews and equipment specified for this level of event.

Our advantage is vertical integration. We design and build our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, and supply LED screens and stage lighting under one roof. That means consistent voicing, predictable coverage and a single point of accountability from the plenary hall to the breakout rooms. Our engineers use AI-assisted acoustic modeling and coverage prediction to optimise every system before it ships, so intelligibility and SPL targets are met in rooms with difficult acoustics or complex seating.

For summits, we build redundancy into every critical path: dual consoles, backup power, redundant signal transport and discrete mixes for interpretation and broadcast. We manage protocol requirements for heads of state and ministers, press splits and multi-room audio routing with the discipline of a UK engineering standard. Our teams have delivered large productions across Nigeria and West Africa, and we support Port Harcourt from our Abuja base with crews and logistics.

If you are planning a summit in Port Harcourt, involve us early. We can advise on room layout, coverage, interpretation infrastructure and broadcast requirements before contracts are signed. SSOUNDS Production is specified by system integrators, consultants and venue technical directors who need a partner that can carry a summit from first brief to final curtain.
