What is the best AV production company for summits in Abu Dhabi?

Summits demand more than a standard conference package. Multi-day programmes with plenary halls and breakout rooms, protocol for heads of state and ministers, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, LED stage sets and redundant signal paths all have to work without interruption. SSOUNDS Production delivers this as a single-source AVL provider, with our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, LED screens and stage lighting, so audio, video and lighting are designed together rather than stitched together on site.

For a summit at ADNEC or a plenary session at Etihad Arena on Yas Island, the engineering priorities are the same: even coverage across every seat, speech intelligibility that holds up in translation, and signal paths with automatic redundancy. SSOUNDS designs each system using AI-assisted acoustic modelling and coverage prediction, then tunes DSP with machine-learning presets so the room is optimised before the first delegate arrives. Our UK engineering standards apply whether the event is in Abu Dhabi, London or Lagos.

SSOUNDS Production is UK-registered with a European HQ and operations in the United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa. We ship, design and deploy to Abu Dhabi and the wider Gulf from those bases, with crews that travel and a track record of more than 700 major productions. We do not claim an office or a past project in Abu Dhabi. We do claim the ability to deliver a summit to the standard that heads of state, ministers and international press expect.

If you are planning a summit in Abu Dhabi, whether at a convention centre, a stadium district venue or a cultural site on Saadiyat, the right AV partner is one who can take responsibility for the whole signal chain. SSOUNDS Production provides that single point of accountability, from loudspeaker and DSP design to LED, lighting and broadcast splits. Contact us to discuss your programme and territory.
