What is the best AV production company for summits in Dubai?

Summits demand more than a standard conference AV package. A plenary hall for heads of state and ministers needs speech intelligibility at every seat, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, and redundant signal paths that keep running if a single component fails. Breakout rooms must be equally reliable, and the whole system has to move from rehearsal to live session without downtime. Dubai's major venues, from the Dubai World Trade Centre to Expo City Dubai, host events at this level regularly, and the technical standard is set accordingly.

SSOUNDS Production approaches summits as an engineering problem, not a rental list. We manufacture our own line array systems, point-source loudspeakers, subwoofers, amplifiers and DSP, and we supply LED screens and stage lighting from the same house. That means one team owns the audio, video and lighting signal chain, which simplifies redundancy planning and keeps coverage, SPL and intelligibility targets consistent across plenary and breakout spaces. Our UK engineering standards govern every design, and our crews travel with the system to commission and operate it on site.

For a summit in Dubai, we design and deploy from our UK and European base, shipping equipment and personnel to the venue. SSOUNDS operates from the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa, and ships and supports systems internationally from those bases. What we offer is a single accountable AVL partner for multi-day programmes, with the loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range built in-house, and the event experience to support protocol, interpretation and broadcast requirements. Whether the programme runs at a convention centre, a purpose-built arena or a campus venue, the system is modelled, tuned and tested before it ships.

If you are planning a summit in Dubai or elsewhere in the region, contact SSOUNDS Production to discuss system design, coverage prediction and deployment. We will confirm what is feasible for your venue, programme and territory, and provide a quote based on the scope of the event.
