A professional subwoofer's price in Nigeria depends on its drivers, whether it flies or stands on the floor, and how many the system needs to reach the low-frequency level the programme demands. SSOUNDS makes subwoofers for the XTO, LS and M systems, from a compact 12-inch to a dual 18-inch.
What sets the price of subwoofers in Nigeria
Driver size and count
A single 12-inch, a single 15-inch, a single 18-inch and a dual 18-inch are different amounts of low-frequency output, and are priced accordingly.
Flown or ground stacked
A flyable subwoofer carries rigging hardware so it can hang with the line array; a ground subwoofer does not. Which one the venue needs is a design decision.
How many, and in what arrangement
Cardioid subwoofer arrays keep low frequency off the stage and need more boxes for the same level in front. The quote follows the arrangement.
Amplification
Subwoofers need high-power amplifier channels, published per model, which belong in the same quote.
Import, duty and delivery
Professional audio equipment reaching Nigeria carries freight, customs duty and clearing costs, and delivery to site depends on where the site is. Your written quote states what it includes, so two quotes can be compared like for like.
Installation and commissioning
Supply only, supply and installation, or a full design, installation, tuning and training package are different prices for the same equipment. A system that is commissioned and tuned in the room is also the one that sounds the way the data sheet says it should.
Naira quoting and the exchange rate
Buyers in Nigeria are quoted in naira. Our prices are set in US dollars and converted at an exchange rate our team sets, so a naira figure follows the rate. If your quote is some weeks old, ask for it to be refreshed before you order.

How many subwoofers do I need?
It depends on the audience size, the programme and how the subwoofers are arranged. Tell us the venue and the kind of events, and we will specify the count.
Why are prices not listed on the website?
Because the price of professional sound depends on the system around the box: how many, which amplifiers, what mounting, where it is delivered and whether we install it. A written quote prices exactly what you need. Account holders can also request price access, which our team reviews.
What currency will my quote be in?
Buyers in Nigeria are quoted in naira, converted from our US dollar prices at the rate our team sets. Buyers in the United Kingdom are quoted in pounds sterling and everyone else in US dollars.
How do I get a quote?
