SSOUNDS NF6
Active two-way near-field studio monitor, 6″ woofer and 1.5″ tweeter, 45 Hz to 45 kHz, bi-amplified.
A mix only translates if the monitor tells the truth at the listening position. The NF6 is an active two-way near-field monitor: a 6″ woofer and a 1.5″ high-frequency driver, each with its own amplifier, 70 W for the low end and 60 W for the top, in an MDF cabinet. It reaches 45 Hz to 45 kHz with a 100 dB A-weighted signal-to-noise ratio and takes a balanced XLR or ¼″ TRS input. We specify it for project studios, edit suites, broadcast and podcast rooms, and the engineer's position in a church or venue control room.
NF stands for Near-Field. Active monitors voiced for the listening position a metre or two away, where an engineer judges a mix, with an amplifier for each driver built in.

Measurement conditions
- Nominal impedance is the manufacturer's rating for amplifier load calculation; minimum impedance across the operating band may be lower.
- Net weight excludes packaging, flight case, accessories and optional rigging hardware.
- Dimensions are stated in millimetres and exclude protruding rigging hardware, handles and connector panels unless noted.
- All figures are typical values for production units specified under the conditions above. Individual units may vary within published tolerances.
