Best audio visual company for summits in Abuja

Summits are not single-day events. They run multi-day programmes across plenary halls and breakout rooms, with protocol for heads of state and ministers, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, LED stage sets and redundant signal paths. SSOUNDS Production designs and delivers all of it from our Abuja base, with UK engineering standards and crews across the city.

Because we manufacture our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, we control the entire signal chain. That means speech intelligibility is engineered for every seat in the plenary, interpretation feeds are isolated and clean, and broadcast splits are transformer-isolated with independent gain structures. Our LED screens and stage lighting sit on the same control network, so the room, the stage and the camera all read as one system.

For summit work we build redundancy into every layer: dual redundant signal paths, redundant power distribution, backup control surfaces and spare capacity on every amplifier and processor. Our engineers model coverage and SPL before load-in, so the plenary, the breakout rooms and the media centre are tuned to their own acoustic requirements rather than copied from a template.

SSOUNDS Production has delivered more than 700 major productions since 2013, with projects across the United Kingdom, United States, Nigeria, Ghana and West Africa. For summits in Abuja, we provide a single accountable team for audio, video, lighting and rigging, from first site survey to final de-rig.
