What is the best audio visual production company for award ceremonies in Port Harcourt?

Award ceremonies demand more than a PA. They need red carpet arrivals covered with clean audio and camera-ready lighting, broadcast-grade sound for live performances and speeches, LED stage design that changes with each award category, and lighting looks that shift on cue. SSOUNDS Production brings all of this under one roof: our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, LED screens, and stage lighting, controlled by show calling and timecode for repeatable, frame-accurate cues.

SSOUNDS is a UK-registered professional AVL company with African HQ in Abuja, Nigeria, serving Port Harcourt and worldwide. Our engineering is built on UK standards, with AI-assisted acoustic modeling, machine-learning-tuned DSP, and advanced simulation that optimises coverage and intelligibility before any truck rolls. For award ceremonies, that means every seat hears the nominees, every performance translates to broadcast, and every lighting transition lands on the beat.

We have delivered over 700 major productions, and our crews work across Port Harcourt with the same discipline we apply in the UK, US, Ghana and West Africa. Whether the venue is a hotel ballroom, a convention centre or a purpose-built auditorium, we design the audio, video and lighting as one system, not three separate rentals. That single point of responsibility is why system integrators, consultants and venue technical directors specify SSOUNDS for award ceremonies.

If you are planning an award ceremony in Port Harcourt, the right time to involve us is at the design stage. We can model the room, define coverage and SPL targets, and build a show file that your production team can rehearse against. Request a quote and we will scope the system around your venue, your segment count and your broadcast requirements.
