Best AV production company for summits in Abuja

Summits in Abuja demand more than standard event AV. They require multi-day programmes across plenary halls and breakout rooms, protocol audio for heads of state and ministers, simultaneous interpretation feeds, broadcast and press splits, LED stage sets, and redundant signal paths. SSOUNDS Production is built for exactly this. As a UK-registered professional AVL company with its African HQ in Abuja, we bring UK engineering standards to every summit we support, from the main plenary to the smallest breakout.

Our advantage is vertical integration. We design and manufacture our own loudspeaker, amplifier and DSP range, and we supply LED screens and stage lighting under one roof. That means the audio, video and lighting systems are engineered to work together, not assembled from disparate brands. For summits, this coherence matters: intelligibility in plenary halls, seamless source switching for interpretation and broadcast, and lighting that supports camera and stage without compromise.

We understand summit protocol. Heads of state and ministers require discreet, reliable audio for podium and discussion, with backup paths that are tested and ready. Simultaneous interpretation feeds must be clean and isolated. Broadcast and press splits need transformer-isolated outputs and consistent levels. Our crews across Abuja are experienced in these environments, and we plan redundancy into every critical signal path, from microphone to loudspeaker and from camera to screen.

SSOUNDS Production has a track record of large events and over 700 major productions delivered. For summits in Abuja, we provide a single point of responsibility for audio, video, lighting and rigging, backed by UK engineering and local presence.
