What is the best speaker for a boardroom in Nashville?
Quick answer
For a Nashville boardroom, the best speaker is a discreet, high-intelligibility model matched to the room's acoustics and layout. SSOUNDS recommends its CL6 or CL8 ceiling loudspeakers for even speech coverage, or LC8.2 and LC16.2 slim column loudspeakers where ceiling mounting is not possible, powered by A series networked amplifiers with DSP and Dante.
Boardrooms demand premium speech and presentation audio that is heard clearly by every participant, without visual intrusion. The right choice depends on ceiling height, room shape, and the need for video conferencing integration. SSOUNDS install range includes ceiling, column, and point-source options, all designed for speech intelligibility and discreet installation.
For most boardrooms, SSOUNDS CL6 or CL8 ceiling loudspeakers provide even coverage with minimal visual impact. In rooms with high ceilings or where ceiling access is limited, LC8.2 or LC16.2 slim column loudspeakers offer controlled vertical dispersion and can be wall-mounted. For larger boardrooms or those requiring higher SPL, P4, P5, P6T, P10T, or P12T install loudspeakers (T models for 70/100 V lines) or M series point-source boxes deliver precise coverage. A series networked amplifiers with DSP and Dante ensure seamless integration with video conferencing and hidden control systems.
Selection and sizing should be based on room volume, seating arrangement, and acoustic treatment. SSOUNDS engineers use AI-assisted acoustic modeling to predict coverage and optimize loudspeaker placement before installation. This ensures every seat receives consistent speech intelligibility and natural tonal balance, whether the system is used for presentations, conferencing, or multimedia.
